Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Pharmacist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel LICENSE: WA • This role supports distribution functions within the inpatient pharmacy including o Order verification (Epic) o Final product verification check o Answering clinical questions/drug information o Overseeing pharmacy technician functions o Code Blue/emergency response • Additionally, our inpatient pharmacy supports o Specialty/Oncology infusion center o After-hours outpatient dispensing (limited formulary) • Desired experience: o Direct inpatient pharmacy experience o Familiarity with Epic and Pyxis o Understanding of USP 797/800 OF WEEKS: 16 SHIFT: • Variable (operation is 24/7/365) • Mostly Day/Eve GWW: YES - 40 TheraEX Staffing Services Job ID KAISJP00250891.
