Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position is available in Fort Worth, Texas. Job Details:

• Location: Fort Worth, Texas
• Schedule: Days; 8-9 hour shifts from Monday through Thursday, plus 4-6 hours on Friday; total of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; active/applicable license for the State of Texas; 0+ Years of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous assignment experience with the agency or organization is highly desired; experience in orthopedics, general debility, high neuro and oncology preferred
• Additional Information: The role involves completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, ensuring documentation compliance, participating in student programs, and adhering to safety protocols and professional standards. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, professionalism, and commitment to organizational values.
