Join a hospital-based rehabilitation team in Greenwood, IN as a Physical Therapist. Provide intensive, individualized inpatient rehabilitation to patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. Work within an accredited program that emphasizes functional recovery and interdisciplinary collaboration. A recruiter will contact qualified applicants with more information.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active IN state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience required.
- Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- CARF or Joint Commission exposure preferred through prior work at accredited rehab programs.
- Experience treating a broad caseload including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and amputee populations.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
- Workdays: Monday through Friday with occasional weekends.
- Inpatient acute rehabilitation setting with interdisciplinary team collaboration.

Participate in customized treatment plans designed to maximize function, independence, and quality of life. Work in a CARF-accredited stroke specialty program and a Joint Commission–accredited facility to support high standards of care.
