Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
• Active New York State PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience treating orthopedic and post-surgical patients in an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with common outpatient equipment and modalities.
