About the PositionPhysical Therapist - Outpatient, Ladson, SC
Join a busy outpatient orthopedic clinic in Ladson, SC as a traveling Physical Therapist. Provide skilled evaluation and treatment for outpatient orthopedic patients, support productivity targets, and collaborate with clinic leadership and multidisciplinary teams. This assignment supports clinicians who prefer a structured outpatient environment with opportunities to float to nearby clinics as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active South Carolina Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. (Client preference.)
- Must not be a PTA; position requires a licensed Physical Therapist.
- New graduates not accepted. First-time travelers are acceptable.
- Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day with follow-up double-booking expected. (Client-specific expectation.)
- Willingness to float to other clinics as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior outpatient clinic experience in orthopedic caseloads.
- Experience working in busy productivity-driven clinics or travel teams.
Assignment Details
- Float to other clinics as needed.
- Option to work within this clinic or a neighboring clinic as part of a Travel Team.
- 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
- Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day; follow-up double-booking expected.
