Physical Therapist Location: Mesa, AZ Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,911 to $2,111 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP
About the PositionLooking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services in Mesa, AZ while supporting patients recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions. Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document care and progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Maintain professional standards, uphold patient and employee safety practices, and participate in performance improvement and student supervision as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Arizona physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred.
- Demonstrated competency in evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, and charge entry in an outpatient setting.
- Ability to follow physician orders, payer authorizations, and compliance with state and federal documentation requirements.
- Willingness to participate in student supervision and professional development activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel or contract outpatient PT experience.
- Experience with functional outcome measures, letters of medical necessity, and goal-directed discharge planning.

- Shift pattern: 5x8.
