Physical Therapist Location: Palm Desert, CA Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,940 to $2,140 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 26 Weeks Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join our travel Physical Therapist team in Palm Desert, CA, working in an outpatient orthopedic private practice. You will treat patients recovering from injuries and joint replacements, manage caseloads independently, and work in a clinic with a main treatment gym, private rooms, and a single-patient pool. Three seasonal PT openings are available for clinicians who can integrate into a team of six therapists, including year-round and owner-clinicians.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral) from an accredited program.
• Active California PT license required prior to the start of the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or private practice settings preferred.
• Experience treating post-operative joint replacement patients and non-operative orthopedic injuries preferred.
• Ability to manage an independent caseload without aides or PTA oversight.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in clinics with treatment gyms, private treatment rooms, and aquatic therapy preferred.
• Comfort with a mixed surgical and non-surgical caseload (approximate 60/40 split).
• Experience maintaining productivity expectations (approximately 11 patients per day) and completing documentation within allotted time.

Assignment Details

• M-F schedule.
• Clinic hours approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Clinicians maintain their own caseloads; coverage for vacation is the only expected patient reassignment.
• No aides treating patients and no double booking.
• Three seasonal PT positions available; clinicians will join a site staffed by six PTs during peak season.
