Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation treatments
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery, and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure patient safety and quality care during therapy sessions
• Support patients in achieving mobility and functional goals

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in California
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
• BLS Certification required
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and therapeutic practices
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
