Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Home Health Duration: 20 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 08:00 - 17:00 Experience: Minimum of 1 year preferred, 2 years required for submission License: State license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Experience in adult healthcare preferred, first-timers accepted. Description: Physical therapist needed for home health. Experience in home care is preferred. The position requires six visits per day. Candidates should be flexible with scheduling Monday through Friday. No weekend work is required. Candidates must hold a valid state license for physical therapy. BLS certification is also required. The facility has a strict no-tobacco policy. A nicotine drug screen will be conducted. A positive nicotine test will result in cancellation of employment. Candidates will float within the health system or to nearby affiliate facilities. Two supervisor references are required for submission. This role involves interdisciplinary support, including interpretation services and social services. Patient demographics include adults and geriatrics. Candidates should possess skills in various specialties, including cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, home health, neurology, oncology, and orthopedics.
