Physical Therapist Location: Elizabeth, WV Agency: Cross Country Allied Pay: $2,290 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) position available in West Virginia. This role involves providing outpatient and home health physical therapy services primarily within Wood County. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Elizabeth, West Virginia
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (minimum 40 hours per week)
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); current license to practice in West Virginia; at least 2 years of experience; physical therapy degree; willingness to submit drivers license; experience with Epic electronic medical record system; minimum of 0 years of experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Open, positive attitude about learning Epic system; providing excellent care to patients; experience with general ortho (hips, knees), weakness, strengthening, cardiac rehab; familiarity with home health, outpatient, acute inpatient, and skilled settings
• Additional Information: The role covers services in outpatient and home health settings, treating approximately 5 patients per day in their homes. The therapy involves general orthopedic cases, weakness, and cardiac rehab patients. The facility requires sending drivers license with submittal and provides specific orientation for Epic EMR system along with another physical therapist.
