About the PositionTravel Physical Therapist — Home Health — Dallas, TX
Join a Home Health team in Dallas, TX as a traveling Physical Therapist. Provide admission visits, OASIS visits, and treatment visits while treating postoperative orthopedic patients in patients' homes. This role requires home health experience and the ability to practice in Texas. Thank you for your time and responsiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- Home health experience required, including Home Care/Home Base experience.
- Experience treating postoperative orthopedic patients required.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with OASIS documentation and admission visits preferred.
- Experience with mileage documentation between visits preferred.
- Ability to wear navy scrubs preferred.
Assignment Details
- Weekly hour guarantee: 40 hours.
- On-call/weekend requirement: 1 weekend monthly.
- Coverage area: Dallas.
- Will reimburse mileage between visits, from first patient to last patient.
