Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Client requires availability for schedules that include either Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday. This scheduling requirement is mandatory for the assignment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with post-acute care, restorative nursing programs, or geriatric populations preferred.

• Shift pattern: Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday.
• Position is at a skilled nursing facility in Hayward, CA.
