Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Client requires availability for schedules that include either Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday. This scheduling requirement is mandatory for the assignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with post-acute care, restorative nursing programs, or geriatric populations preferred.

- Shift pattern: Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday.
- Position is at a skilled nursing facility in Hayward, CA.
