About the PositionLooking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a travel Physical Therapist role serving Home Health patients in Largo, MD. Perform patient evaluations and provide therapeutic services according to physician orders. Supervise and evaluate Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides as assigned. Must have reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance when providing home visits. State-specific practice requirements and duties apply as outlined by the assigning state.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA or equivalent accrediting body.
- Current, unencumbered license to practice physical therapy in the state of assignment (MD) required to start the assignment.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience working in home health or delivering in-home physical therapy services preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic documentation, email, internet navigation, and basic computer functions required.
- Reliable transportation and current driver’s license required for home visits.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred.
- Experience supervising PTAs and home health aides preferred.

- Shift Name: Evenings.
- Schedule: 5x8.
