Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a 100% remote home health position within the Central Metro E coverage area of Illinois. This travel role involves delivering care to adult and geriatric patients, with an expectation of 6 patient visits per day. Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist
- Conduct orientation onsite for approximately 2 days
- Perform 6 patient visits daily within the coverage area
- Assist with ADLs and adaptive equipment
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare specialties
Requirements of the Physical Therapist
- 2 years of PT home health experience with adult/geriatric patients
- Active PT license (IL) and BLS certification (AHA)
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Master's degree in PT
