Physical Therapist Location: Dallas, TX Agency: Concentric Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title Physical Therapist Location Texas Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM | 16-Week Assignment Key Responsibilities Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction Provide pelvic health physical therapy services across a range of conditions including prenatal, postpartum, colorectal, gynecological oncology, pelvic pain, pelvic dysfunction, urinary and fecal incontinence, and general orthopedics including lumbar, pelvis, hip, and knee Complete accurate and timely medical record documentation including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring functional treatment programs support effective return to community activities Serve as an educator to patients, families, students, and coworkers; participate in student programs as assigned with appropriate supervision and evaluation Adhere to the applicable State Practice Act, maintain professional licensure in good standing, and fulfill all state-mandated continuing education requirements Required Qualifications Active Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Texas Pelvic health certification required Experience treating pelvic floor conditions including pelvic pain, pelvic dysfunction, and urinary and fecal incontinence Ability to manage 8–10 patients per day Proficiency in medical record documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer standards Preferred Experience / Skills Experience treating prenatal and postpartum populations Background in gynecological oncology or colorectal rehabilitation Experience in general orthopedic physical therapy including lumbar, pelvis, hip, and knee conditions Why Join Us Opportunity to work in a specialized pelvic health setting treating a diverse patient population across multiple clinical areas Supportive environment that emphasizes professional development, continuing education, and clinical growth
