Physical Therapist
Job Details:
• Ensure patient and employee safety awareness in all work activities• Evaluate all assigned patients and develop comprehensive treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician direction
• Implement and modify treatment plans throughout patient care
• Design functional treatment programs for effective return to community activities
• Provide delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services
• Complete comprehensive evaluations and utilize clinical reasoning for appropriate treatment planning
• Manage individual, concurrent, and group treatment sessions based on patient care needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address discharge barriers
• Complete medical record documentation including daily notes, goal writing, and discharge documentation
• Participate in student programs with appropriate supervision and evaluation completion
• Maintain professional development through continuing education and self-study
• Required: BLS Certification prior to first shift
• Required: Valid current State license
• Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Highly desired: Inpatient Rehab or Neuro experience
• Must follow hospital guidelines for personal appearance, attendance, and punctuality
