Active DC Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) required. Experience with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred. Experience providing therapy to elderly populations and working with post-acute care protocols preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0830-1630. Work Pattern: 5x8 schedule. Assignment Length: 13 weeks (contract weeks).
