Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Minneapolis, MN Agency: Pioneer Healthcare Services Pay: $1,263 to $1,302 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: 6/3/2026

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing personalized treatment plans developed by physical therapists
• Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient function and mobility
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising physical therapist
• Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and safety measures
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
• Support discharge planning and facilitate continuity of care as needed

Qualifications:

• Completion of accredited PTA program
• Completion of National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
• MN PTA licensure/certification
• First Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly recommended
