Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Sun City Center, FL Agency: Pioneer Healthcare Services Pay: $1,427 to $1,471 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: 6/5/2026

Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing personalized treatment plans developed by physical therapists
- Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient function and mobility
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising physical therapist
- Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and safety measures
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
- Support discharge planning and facilitate continuity of care as needed
- Completion of accredited PTA program
- Completion of National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
- FL PTA licensure/certification
- First Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly recommended
- Pay: $1,426.74 - $1,470.87 / week
- Location: Sun City Center, FL
- Assignment Length: 13
- Shift: Day - up to 40.00 hours per week
- Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility - SNF
- Workplace: On-site
