Job Title: Clienttion Therapist Profession: Clienttion Therapist Specialty: - Duration: 3 months initial assignment Shift: Mon-Fri Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum Years of Experience: N/A License: Licensed by the California Department of Health Services as a Radiologic Technologist (Therapeutic). Certifications: Licensed by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist in Clienttion Therapy or equivalent as recognized by the ARRT. Must-Have: Current Basic Life Support (BLS), approved by the American Heart Association. Description: Under the direction of the Clienttion Oncology Manager, the Clienttion Therapist will perform tumor localization. The role includes participating in treatment planning and delivering high doses of ionizing radiation treatment to patients according to prescriptions from Clienttion Oncologists. The Clienttion Therapist will demonstrate a work style that reflects the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Participation in the continuous quality improvement process is expected. A working knowledge of departmental standard operating procedures, including the use of specialized instrumentation, quality control requirements, and preventive maintenance is required. The candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be customer-focused. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines is necessary. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment are essential. Proven customer service skills, including the ability to analyze and identify root causes of problems, provide practical solutions, and negotiate resolutions, are required. The candidate must be proficient in CT simulation techniques. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel, as well as in Clienttion Oncology EMR, is required.
