Surgical Tech Location: Farmington, NM Agency: Jackson HealthPros Pay: $1,610 to $1,810 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/15/2026

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team. Candidates must be well-rounded and experienced across multiple service areas including neuro (craniotomy and spine fusions), orthopedic (total joints), gynecologic (C-section and hysterectomies), robotics, general surgery (including vascular and trauma), and urology. This position supports care in a 198-bed, Level III trauma hospital serving the Four Corners region.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a certified OR/Surgical Technologist in a surgical environment.
• Demonstrated competence across multiple surgical service areas including Neuro, Orthopedics, GYN, Robotics, General Surgery, and Urology.
• Experience working in a hospital-level operating room, preferably in a Level II/III trauma center or similar acute care setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with craniotomy, spinal fusion cases, total joint procedures, C-sections, hysterectomies, robotic-assisted procedures, and vascular or trauma surgeries.
• Previous experience in a high-acuity, multi-specialty OR with state-of-the-art operating suites.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0700-1900.
• Shift Days: Days.
• Must be able to support all OR service areas and float within the operating room as needed.
