Description

• Position to be situated in MA, NH, VT, or CT, MA preferred.
• Must be familiar with wire bonding technology. Minimum of 5 years of experience in wire bonding. Preference given to those with experience with Hesse wire bonders. 
• Minimum of an Associate’s degree in mechanical or electrical technology, preferred Bachelor of Technology or Engineering degree (in mechanical or electrical).
• This position will be mostly based in a laboratory but could have 50% travel in the north-east/east coast regions.
• Familiar with CAD and microelectronics processing.
